co signer
I co signed for my brother a cell phone 3 years ago and he has refused to pay a 428.00 bill. i am being thereatened with garnishment. can i tae him to small claims court and win? all i have is a paper from he cell phone place stating that he as an authorized user of the phone, but is shows his name and adress for billing please help
