My question is i have a paper artical promising for a fee the will forward information on how to receive money from such programes as grants and veryious other sorce to receive funds for whatever propuse i see fit now in the artical it also states and i quote ''Our massive cash distribution center wants to rush you a staggering $1 MILLION DOLLORS as speacil bonus! This financial resorce center will rush you $1,000,000.00 in cash GUARANTEED if you submit ''the request form... millions of dollors are guaranteed to be unleashed! No matter what your currant financial situation may be,'' end quote now it would be my understanding from what they are saying in that short line ther that if i sent in the form that they also promise to send with the info that i will infact receave 1million dollors now if i sent in the 40 dollors to get this packet and sent in the request and only to have my hopes and dreams dashed since they garenteed me the million dollors what am i to do now.

It could be mail fraud. Read the language very carefully. They almost certainly left themselves a loophole. If not, take it to the U.S. Attorney
