dispute Garnishment in Oklahoma
hello my paycheck has started being garnished recently. i was not notified of the hearing therefor not given the chance to dispute the claim. the person who i spoke to with the the firm doing the garnisment stated that they showed i was served which is not true. what do i neet to file to dispute. thank you
