Custody

In Oklahoma, after a divorece has been granted and custody has been given soley to one person, if the other party sues for sole custody, can the primary custodial parent move from that county?

Unless the decree provides otherwise(and this would be highly unlikely), a custodial parent is not restricted from moving to another county. Even if the custodial parent moves to another county,the county in which the decree was entered will continue to have jurisdiction over issues of custody and visitation.
