Legal Question in Family Law in Oklahoma

I've been married 2 1/2 years and have an almost 2 year old with him. I want a divorce, however I am disabled and on social security and don't have tons of money sitting around for a lawyer and honestly don't know where to begin. What do I do, where can I go, and will I be tied to Oklahoma forever? My husband and I met in California, I moved to Oklahoma where he was (As friends) ended up getting married but ALL my family is in California and most of his immediate family is there as well. He won't move to California because he has 2 warrants and needs to do jail time. He also has "deferred" felonies in Oklahoma as well. Am I able to move back to California with my daughter?
