my ex-wife is about to move to pakistan with my daugher whom I've not seen over 5 years. I do not have any restrictions. What are my options?

Re: mother moving out of contry with child

I assume, since you have not seen your daughter in five years, that you do not have joint legal custody (which would prevent her from moving without your or the court's permission).

You could file an Order to Show Cause (OSC) requesting injunctive relief and, possibly, modifying custody; but it will be an uphill battle. The burden will be on you to demonstrate that the move would be detrimental to the child. (Isn't Pakistan pretty dangerous these days?)
