Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Oregon

How do I answer a summons if I cant find a form for it?

I got a summons for a breech of contract on a credit card and on the sheet it gave me 30 days to answer. I went to the court house to file but they didn't have the form I was supposed to fill out....which baffles me. She told me to get an attorney but I'm unemployed and well have no money and was told that it could take a couple weeks for that. So now I'm worried that I'm going to run out of time ( I think I'm down to a week....maybe) and they're going to pass a judgement on me to pay and well as I said I'm unemployed (2years now) and have no money.

See my other reply... 2nd floor of Multnomah County Courthouse. There are certain forms there for landlord tenant disputes, but it gives you a start if you want to recreate your form.

Tell the creditor that you're judgment proof, but that you'll give them a small amount if they dismiss the suit.
