Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Oregon

i was bought out by my partner and opened a new buissness directly competing i did not sign a no compete clause but did sign that i would not you the name ponderosa in any advertising . I ran an add a year later saying rick former co owner of ponderosa now has a new shop ect ect that was it and it ran 5 times for 1 min each now my former partner is sueing me for 15000 in damages I thought i couldent use the name to name my new buisness ect but i didnt think i was never again allowed to tell people my past experience as a co owner of ponderosa auto for 9 years. Can she legally take away 9 years of my resume?

You will almost certainly win the lawsuit. Make sure to ask the court to have your partner pay your cost of hiring an attorney.
