Legal Question in Criminal Law in Oregon

What do these charges mean?

My boyfriend is incarcerated in Washington County, Ore. He is charged with Theft I, Theft II, Robbery I, and Unlawful use of a weapon. How can he be charged 4 times for one robbery, and what exactly do these charges mean? How much time could he receive for these? Thank you for taking the time to read this, and thank you a thousand times more if you respond!

Re: What do these charges mean?

IN ORDER TO ANSWER YOUR QUESTION SOMEONE WOULD NEED TO READ THE ARREST WARRANT OR POLICE REPORT SO YOU CAN UNDERSTAND THE BASIS OF THESE CHARGES.IN MANY CRIMINAL CASES THE POLICE CHARGE THE DEFENDANT WITH AS MANY CRIMES AS POSSIBLE.THE TIME THAT YOUR BOYFRIEND COULD RECEIVE FROM THESE CHARGES IS NOT POSSIBLE TO DETERMINE NOW.iT WILL DEPEND ON HIS PAST CRIMINAL HISTORY AND HOW AGGRESSIVELY THE STATE ATTORNEY WANTS TO PERSUE THESE CHARGES.IF YOU NEED FUTHER HELP I HAVE COORDINATED THE DEFENSE OF THESE CRIMES AND YOU SHOULD E-MAIL ME QUICKLY THE SPECIFIC INFORMATION ABOUT THIS MATTER AND WHAT YOU WOULD LIKE ME TO DO REGARDING THIS CASE
