Legal Question in Family Law in Oregon

My daughter's father was in prison at the time of her birth, therefore he could not sign her birth certificate. In prison he signed a paternity affadavit saying he is the fater. Would he now be listed on a new copy of her birth certificate?

YES. Call Oregon Vital Records and order a copy of the child's birth certificate.
