Child support and Alimony

Dear Sir

My Ex Son-In-Law obtained seperation in an Oregon Court Without alimony or child support my Daughter is in India how to proceed.

your question lacks material particulars. you have not mentioned your religeon, nationality, the present location of your son-in-law, with whom you have added "EX", while there is no mention of divorce. I may tell you divorce & seperation are different things if we go by Hindu Marriage Act. The courts in India can order maintenance for your daughter & the child but it will be tough task recovering if your son-in-law is not in india. Kindly write in details so that advice which actually need can be given.

You daughter may claim child support and alimony from her husband by modificaion of the order or by moving applicaion to the said court through her attorney.

To claim child support and alimony in India, order of the Oregon Court for perusal is necessary so that the applicaion u/s125 of Cr.P.C. can be filed. For further query contect me
