Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Oregon

i have a lawsuit for a slip and fall case , i fired my attorney due to no contact from him with my calls , he apoligized and told me to please seek a new attorney...the other side is threating me with a notice of deposition ....i have wrote a letter to the courts requesting that they put my case on hold , so that i may seek new legal councel ,,, what should i do now

You should immediately obtain a new attorney. I do not handle cases like these, but google Kafoury attorney Portland to get a law firm that does take cases like this.

Get a new attorney as quickly as possible. You do not want to do anything without an attorney. Like Mr. Meek, I do not handle this type of case. It is important that you do not do a deposition or anything else without an attorney.
