Legal Question in Immigration Law in Oregon

I am working for Company A on H1-b. I have stamp in my passport from Previous Company I used to work for.Which Expires in April 2016.So If I need to travel outside US in Jan 2016 and comeback in Feb 2016. Do I have to go for New Visa Stamping based on Company A's I797?. or I will fine returning to US based on my Previous Company's Visa Stamp because it expires in April 2016.I will carry my New I-797 from current company with me which expires in December 2017.

You should not need to obtain a new visa; just bring your current approval notice, pay stubs & employment confirmation letter from your company. However, since you are returning only 2 months short of your visa expiring, I would still recommend obtaining a new visa at the U.S. Consulate while you're abroad anyway. Also, make sure your passport is valid for at least 6 months at the time of re-entry.
