possible wrongfull termination

my uncle was i beleive wrongfully terminated...he did not EVER receive breaks according to the law (he was told not too take them) and on too many occations too mention was told not too take his lunch breaks (off the clock) becuase it was too busy and the business would suffer..they also said it was a performanace issue with no documentiation too back up such accusations...please help if possible...thanks a concerned nephew...Justin

An employee is entitled to be paid for all time worked, even when that time includes breaks and lunches not taken. Upon termination, the employer is obligated to pay all amounts due to the employee. If it does not, penalty wages may become due. You need a lawyer to work out entitlement and what must be done to collect any past wages and/or penalties due. Do not delay contacting a lawyer. Your rights may be lost if you wait too long.
