my isurance company is holding out on my lost wages i'm still injured and unable to work i have been out of work since 9-22-04 and have recieved only one payment what or how can i do to get this thing in motion? what am i intitled to?

Generally, your insurance company must pay you up to $1250 a month for lost wages if you have been out of work for over 14 days in a row. You must have this documented properly and also have filled out the form from your carrier.

Just another reason to get an attorney.
