Mother dies in 1992 first probate closed 1994. Two siblings got small cash gifts, the rest and the remainder to the step father. years later a class action law suit won, $250,000.00 Step fahter has died, one sibling. Step father no living heirs. Where does the aettlement go from here? Does it revert back to the mother's estate then going to ger heirs?
