Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Pakistan

I applied for the membership of a club.Rules provided the election of member through aballot by a committee of six members after introduction of candidate by his proposer. In the meeting of committee where only two members were present.Only I was called,my proposer was not called.I was asked only one question about my acquaintance with the proposer. Some days later I recieved an intimatoin that I have not been elected by balloting committee. Many persons of equal or lower status are members of the club. I had a legitimate expectation to be enrolled as a member.I feel I have been discriminated.I want to sue the club. There is a bar under the law to sue the club. However a writ can be filed under constitutional jurisdiction of the High Court. Please advise.
