Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Pakistan

Sir, my name is muhammad Faisal � � With all do respect I admire your position i need some help about my case i read your blog on Internet under section 249-A which gave me an idea about my case has allegations. U/S 420/468/471/109 R/w 6(1) (a)(c)passport act PS. And FIA took my passport and deposit in BL cell Islamabad and put my name is ECL at airports. I am accused of forged back date stamp at British visa perusal. I was arrested upon arrival in pakistan and I m currently on BBA. Sir with artical 249 can my case be acquit at any stage I'm going through physically and financially lost. �The FIA has all the evidence including my previous passport which has the forged stamp. My case reopened in trial court and my hearing on 19 feb I have four FIA witnesses against me and they will be appeared on the hearing because they charge the �Fir on me and made me fugitive that's why I was arrested upon arrival. Sir how can I get my passport back and travel again how long will it take and Plz share your experience. Plz help.�
