Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan

I got registered FIR (420,468,471) against my wife and her brother on 16th of this month.I got order from Additional Session Judge Court for registration of FIR.The concern police officer (Police Station where I enter my application) called me and recorded my statement in front of my opponent party (wife and her brother) after 45 days long investigation and approval from higher authorities the Police Officer(ASI) logged FIR against my wife and her brother.

Today investigation officer called me to visit him at Police Station.When I reached there I saw my brother Law (who is nominated in FIR) was sitting on the front chair accompanying Investigation officer.Again same procedure practiced as before entering FIR ASI (police officer) done.

And at the end police officer asked me that you may go.He did not asked even a single question from my brother in Law.

I am worried why the Police Officer not Arrested my wife and her brother.Is police officer enjoys authority to re-investigate the matter before going to court.

What should I do?

re-investigation will jeopardize the matter. make sure it is re-investigation . agitate the matter before R.P.O. though an application.

When a police officer is bound to do something by law( means arrest after FIR) and he is not doing it. Then you may file a writ and in two day you may get a direction from High Court for arrest.
