You have to appear in the court atleast once in person at the time of evidence for getting khula. The judge has descretion to invite you more times also. The case can be filed in the city where you reside in Pakistan, It can be filed in the city of residence of your husband in pakistan and it can be filed at the place where nikah was solemnized. U Can get Khula within 30 days . It can be filled where women reside temporary.

your suit can be filled through Special Power of Attorney, if you dnt want to attend the court. So there is no need to stay in Pakistan during your suit.
