Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

do i need to give only my CNIC in union council? I dont have the boy's CNIC. He wont give it. There was no CNIC number written on our nikah nama. I have o bring my own CNIc and the union council will ask the boy to bring his own CNIC ....right?

Only your CNIC is enough. I presume the boy mean your husband and if he refuse to give CNIC that does not prevent Union Council to issue confirmation certificate. In any case you will get the relief from Union Council whether he brings his CNIC or not.

Talaq doesn't happen only by giving CNIC. You have to follow the legal process..
