Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

Ive been married four years, and two months ago, my husband announced he wanted to go our separate ways. Is that to be taken as a divorce, or intention, since he has done no legal action. He implied that I should leave his home. Now, after repeated inquiries, he refuses to give any specific answer. I would like a reconciliation attempt at least. I have been delegated the right to talaq e tafweez unconditionally. my question is whether Mubarat or my exercise would get an arbitrary council. Is there any 90 day period or arbitrary council formed in the case of mubarat? or is mubarat without any councils trying to bring about reconciliation? Also, in the case of the expiry of iddah in mubarat, does the woman have to perform halalah in order to remary her first husband? we are both sunni

Don't go to arbitration council if you don't need talaq. The reason is that you will be divorced at the end that way.. There are other ways for reconciliation. Better is to exercise them. For more do consult me at [email protected]

in this case,

you should file a suit for maintenance in family court. every thing ll be clear there and they are better chances for reconciliation.

on the other hand if you uses your right, it ll consider a KHULA and there is no need for intervene marriage, only u have to performed nikkah again.

after talaq or mubbarrat period of 90 days is must for obtaining Talaq certificate from Union council.
