Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Pennsylvania
Considering Bankruptcy
I am 25 years old and currently unemployed. 3 years ago I have gotten my bachelors degree. Initially I borrowed 14k in fed loans and 35k in private loans. After I graduated my private loans ballooned to 47k (even after payments were made). I had an old boyfriend who owed me 4k but he left town and I was never able to collect. I tried to take him to small claims but he skipped town. For the past 5 months I've been unable to collect unemployment or get a job. I know federal loans cannot be included in bankruptcy but I've learned that private loans might be. I am currently NOT late on anything I owe but now have zero income and have no way to pay this month's bills. I owe about 15k in credit card debt as well. Please help!

Re: Considering Bankruptcy
You should consult with an atorney to see what your options are. Perhaps a bankruptcy might be a course of action at least as to your credit cards. You must weigh this with other options if any.
