Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Pennsylvania

Buy here pay here and bankruptcy

I recently purchased a vehicle from a buy here pay here car lot before I file bankruptcy. The reason for this, is that I am not going to protect either of my 2 cars I bought prior to this one and I need a vehicle for work. Each payment on the 2 cars is about twice that of the car I just purchased and I am way upside down on both loans. I know I have to list this vehicle I just purchased but can I protect it? I got this vehicle with every intention on paying what I owe on it and I don't want to lose it. Thank you

Re: Buy here pay here and bankruptcy

A lot depends on the Court and how much you paid for the car. If it was a large sum and you've used up other exemptions, the court might frown upon it.
