Severance Agreement

I have 6 months left on my severance agreement ( weekly paycheck ) The company is delcaring bankruptcy. Is there a risk the company will stop paying me on this written severance contract

Wages have priority in Bankruptcy but there may be a risk. It's not really possible to answer whether the risk is high or low.
