Legal Question in Consumer Law in Pennsylvania

gorcery store bagger

I went to a major grocery store and the bagger unknowing to me put all the heavy items into one bag and the light items into the second bag, instead of distributing the weight evenly. When I picked up the bag I pulled a tendon in my arm due to the weight. Upon complaint they responded it was my duty to instruct the bagger on where to put the items. Do I have any legal rights?
