This is a criminal law matter. My advice would be to seek out a criminal law attorney.

Based on the facts you present, I don't see any criminal liability if your friend went and bought you something. But if you were together, it begins to look like you were a co-conspirator and knew that the credit card was stolen. It requires very little imagination for a prosecutor to invent such a case.

I therefore suggest that you refrain from posting any more possibly incriminating statements on a public bulletin board. Whatever you say, no matter how innocent you think it to be, can get twisted in court. So do yourself a favor, quit posting and talk to a criminal law attorney in private.
