Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Pennsylvania

Judgement not on credit report

I have a judgement that was entered against me in 2004 when I didn't show up for court again Wolpoff & Abrahamson (For Discover card). They have since twice attached to my bank accounts.

I checked my credit report (and have been for the past few years) and I don't see anything in the public record that shows the judgement. Why is this? Shouldn't this be shown? That's what that section is for correct?

Re: Judgement not on credit report

They probably have a Judgment from a Magisterial District Judge and are executing through a Constable's Office and it does not show as a judgment of record in the County Docket records.
