Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

I WAS ARRESTED FOR THEFT, THEY SAY THEY HAVE A VIDEO, THE POLICE OFFICER GOT TO SEE IT.THEY WOULD NOT LET ME SEE IT. IT WAS NOT USED AT PRE-LIM.MY PUBLIC DEFENDER MADE ARRANGEMENTS TO SEE THE VIDEO BUT I AM STILL NOT ALLOWED TO.THEY CANNOT BRING IT TO COURT SO IT WILL BE ,UP TO MY LAWYER , WHO HAS NO IDEA WHAT TO LOOK FOR,JUST WHAT THEY TELL HIM HE SEES.WHY CANT I SEE THE VIDEO, I AM THE ACCUSED?
