Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

The police asked my son some questions involving a crime. 1 month goes by and now they want him to do a polygraph. Does he have to do this? What are the consequences if he refuses? Should he refuse if he doesn't have a lawyer? Thank you.

First he should NEVER talk to the police. Especially without an attorney. You don't say what the crime is. However, nothing he can say to the please can help him.

If you have any questions feel free to contact me. The initial consultation is free.
