Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

hi im 16 years old and so were my other 5 friends in the vehicle. We were driving home around 3 am from a friends house. The driver was going over the white line and was pulled over. After the officer smelled the weed he took us out the vehicle one by one. With a quick search they found the drivers a little over an ounce, his bags, his scale and every other kids pipe. I had nothing on me when they searched me outside the vehicle because i ditched my grinder and rolling papers in the car. The next day when the police did a more strict search they found my bag in the trunk which had 2 ounces, a bowl, lighters, and more rolling papers. As of right now they do not kno whos any of it is except the driver. My lawyer tells me we will all be charged with intent to sell and will go to juvi if convicted. I am wondering if this is true because im a first time offender and had no selling items on me like a scale. I was also wondering if the driver will get in more trouble if he has 3 ounces opposed to a little over an ounce. We can also supply the police with where we got it from so how much could this help everyone? We can not go on a buy because the supplier is dangerous. The driver and passenger are also first time offenders but everyone else has had disorderly conduct. Also i am getting my license in a week so could this affect me? His vehicle was seized and im pretty sure he is getting his license at least suspended please respond and thanks.

Your lawyer is in the best position to give you advice on the likely outcome of the case. Generally, the police will charge everyone in the vehicle with possession. It does make a difference that it is a first offense, though.
