Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

In commonwealth of PA if a juvenile is convicted and you don't agree with the judges decision. who can you go to or write to let them know you think the decision is unfair. and you would like someone else to look at the case

You appeal the judge's decision to Superior Court. Generally you have 30 days to file the appeal.
