if a fourteen year old female comes in front of my house yelling and screaming at me and shoves me so i defend myself and her mother presses charges on me what should i do

You do not indicate the facts, what you did to defend yourself and what charges were filed so I cannot answer your question. My advice would be to hire a criminal or juvenile attorney (criminal if you are over 18; juvenile if you are under 18).

If the charges are shown to be false, you can sue the girl and her mother for malcious prosecution and you can recover your attorney fees in that action. If the charges were not false but your defense was justified, then you cannot bring a malicious prosecution action.

And even if the girl was yelling, what provoked that? Why could you not go into your house? You do not have to be honest with me or on this public forum and I would not air the details here. However, you do need to tell your attorney everything.
