Furnishing liquor to minors

how can you prove that liquor/alchol you bought was not intended for the minor that was with you???

You can't "prove" a negative. The Judge or Jury might "infer" that it was for the minor that was with you when you bought the alcohol and you can rebut his inference by having the person you bought it for appear and testify, by showing another reason why the minor was with you at the time, etc. but you can't "prove" that you didn't buy the alcohol to help Brittney Spears violate her probation.
