Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
I am {Really a gps 3) I was given a 2yr. probation ,according to my plea..agreement..Now the judge vacated my sentence and wants to re-sentence me..(there was a prior mix up with my gravity score)(in witch I{presumed a gps5} received and completed the entire sentence)
