Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
can a person incarcerated in another state file a claim in another state, even tho that state no longer have jurisdiction of that person also whenever the courts have a hearing on a extradition procedure wouldnt that be documented, and it would also have a docket number to it? because its a matter of court rulings and files and public record....
