Pull over to ask a guy had the car come pass him; when cops came from everywhere put us in the police car 'later let him go' i was arrested for pwid (crack). in court the cop testified he observed me make 3 sells of unknown objects in exchange for U.S. currency. w/ him only able to apprehend the 3rd buyer. in this buyers pocket is the same color packets thats is in my pocket. All this is BS I'm a union ironworker making $50,000 a year w/ no need or desire to sell or buy drugs. At this point looking at a jury trial.

You should look for a jury trial, but only after knowing if the Judge has any biases....sometimes it's easier to know the Judge than it is to know the jury.

What county is the case? I've been a successful criminal defense attorney for 17+ years, and sometimes the county makes all the difference in my decisonmaking process.
