Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

underage citation

I am 20 years old and i just got a underage. This is my first offense and my record is clean. I was in the car with 6 others, the one was 21 and hes getting a dui and the rest werent 21 and getting citations.Im still waiting for it in the mail, but i was wondering what i will get? Is there anyway i can get my license not suspended and not have to pay a huge fine?
