Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Pennsylvania

discrimination

I have work 4 a company a little over 7 yrs. An a new employee (white male) that just walked in the door get special projects to do. I ask the supervisor when am I able to do the same and she always say I'm next. The supervisor constantly looking over my shoulder checking to see what I am doing every time I come in office. Then when she final let me do the project she cut my day short & say that she can't have me off the phone all day. I ask the same guy (white male) that does it all the time do he get to work on project the whole shift he said he said ''yes'' all the time . An that he did it 2 days after I was working on it the whole entire day. Is that discrimination & should I seek legal advice.
