Legal Question in DUI Law in Pennsylvania

Court Recusal

I saw a DUI trial where the defense motioned to supress the car stop and evidence. When the motions were denied the defense asked for a recusal. So if it goes to another judge, how is that possible? can that be done every time the defense is not satisfied with a judges decision.

Re: Court Recusal

Likely the recusal will be denied also. The attorney for the Defendant in that case must have strongly felt that the suppression motion was well-founded.
