How can I get a drivers license just to get to and from work I have a few DUI's ?

You have to apply for an Occupational Limited License. You should got to this website http://www.dmv.state.pa.us/suspensionsCenter/occupationLimitedLicense.shtml and fill out the application. However, not everyone who's license is suspended is eligible. If you are serving a suspension for a 2nd or 3rd DUI, you are not eligible. See the guidelines on the webpage. |
