dui aon private road on atv

i was riding my quad with my son i had a few beers he was driving anyway but he is 3 and the cop i guess didnt beleve my and arested me he did not read me my rights or a feild sobrity test and forced me to give blood telling me my so would go to child services and i wanted to get him back asap so i gave blood
