Legal Question in DUI Law in Pennsylvania

Dui case

I have a friend who received ard for their first DUI and then received a second one w/in two weeks. Now a year later he received a paper in the mail from the DA stating he wished to revoke his ard because his fine wasn't paid in full. He paid the fine a few days before his hearing and didn't go to his hearing could they have told him since he paid the fine he didn't have to appear before the judge or is there any way he could have a warrant?

Re: Dui case

Your "friend" can go to jail and will go to jail if he doesn't get an attorney and quick. Anytime you miss a court required hearing, the possibility of a bench warrant exists. Contact my office for more information at your earliest convenience or the loss of your "friends" ARD and jail.
