Legal Question in DUI Law in Pennsylvania

DUI In PA Arraignment

I was recently arrested for a DUI, submitted to the breathalizer and blew a .11. The officer stated I didn't need a lawyer and that I was facing around 1000 dollars in fines 30-60 days in suspension and ard. And I will have to go to an araignment. What is done at an araignment do I plead guilty? Am I looking at 30 days or 60 for the license. I have a clean record, go to school and work full time. This occured in the city of PGH (Allegheny County)

You need to plead not guilty and apply for the ARD program. You should speak with an attorney to protect your rights. I offer free initial consultations.
