Legal Question in DUI Law in Pennsylvania

DUI in PA...?

i was arrested in sept. for a DUI in PA... it's my 2nd (1st being in 2000), and because i refused a blood test it's a mandatory 90 day sentence for the offense. i'm an out of state resident though, and happened to miss a court date. i never plead guilty nor have i been found guilty yet, i know there's a bench warrant, but if i don't return to PA, is there a 2 year statute after which case the case itself will be thrown out and i can no longer be convicted??? i'm trying to figure out if i should turn myself in, do the 90days and lose my license for a year, or just avoid PA and keep it moving???
