Legal Question in DUI Law in Pennsylvania

DUI suspension completed in North Carolina. Trying to get PA license.

I was convicted of DUI in North Carolina 1 year ago (1st offense). I have completed all education, community service, and paid all fines. Afterwards, I moved to PA and have lived here for 10 months. My suspension will be lifted in NC with the stipulation that I have an ignition interlock device installed. Is there anyway of getting a PA license under the same condition instead? It does not seem feasible to drive 500 miles every two months to monitor the interlock.
