Legal Question in DUI Law in Pennsylvania

The police came to my house after.
I was greeted at my door by 4 ploice officers telling me that I was involved in an accident. I had had 5 glasses of wine in 5 house at a reteraunt. I do not remember being involed and I have no insurance in fo on this other person. After the police came to my house the told me they were concernd that I said it wa the wronge day of the week that they wanted me t go to the hospital. I went and had blood work done and a cat scan. My blood alcohol level was above the legal limit. However I was never issued a DUI or sitation. Can they send one to me.
