Your question does not have sufficient information. If you gave your aunt Power of attorney then she has the right to sign checks pay bills etc. You as the principal can always remove her as power of attorney and appoint someone else. If you aunt has a court order to handle your affairs then she legally can take action. Your facts are not sufficient to respond any further.
