cheating

i think that my husband is cheating on me but can not prove it without getting copies of texts from his phone which is in my name he deletes everything. I was told that i need a supena to do so. I do not want to file a police report i just need proof

You asked about a cheater.

Depending on what information your service provider keeps and for how long then you may need to go through an attorney to get the records you seek.

Just because the messages are deleted doesn't mean they're gone, but it doesn't mean they exist anyplace that is effective to get to either.

A private investigator may be able to help (there is absolutely no police issue here) but subpoena are issued through the courts via attorneys. The fact that it is your own phone may make the issue easier to deal with.
