Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Child Custody

How do I modify a Child Custody Agreement without a lawyer? We moved to NC and my fiancee's order is in PA and his ex is being uncooperative.

Re: Child Custody

You would need to file a Petition to Modify Custody in PA as that is where the court has jurisdiction based on the existing order and the fact that the child are in PA.

Doing this from out of state without a lawyer would be much harder than if your ex was in PA.

If you have any questions feel free to contact me. The initial consultation is free.
